Umhlali Country Club has emerged from almost a decade of intense change – full golf course upgrade, 5 new tennis courts, two new squash courts, an upgraded bowls pavilion and rebuilt bowling green, a renovated Club House, Proshop and Halfway House. Since concluding the upgrade Umhlali’s reputation as the new hotspot for top notch, affordable sport and leisure has grown rapidly.
Umhlali Country Club’s Golf Course has recently been rated the 28th most popular course in South Africa, 3rd in KZN. The course designed by Peter Matkovich creates a natural, and tranquil environment, with many birds and small animals as well as a vast array of trees to enhance the country living experience. The beautiful 18 hole parkland course offers golfers a challenging but rewarding game.
